COVID-19
Creating a safe and healthy experience for our valued guests and staff.
The policy of the Sequoia Laser and Beauty Lab is to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Prior to entering the spa all staff and guests will be expected to answer the following questions as per the Work Safe BC Visitor Checklist:
Do you have any of the following symptoms: Fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache or sore throat?
Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19?
Any answers indicating recent exposure to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or having signs and/or symptoms will be asked to leave and not return for the specified 14-day self-quarantine requirement.
Reservations
Reserve your treatment by booking online or calling 604-302-3197 once your reservation is confirmed if you can not keep your commitment please give us a call or go online and we will happily reschedule a time better suited for you. 24 hours cancellation notice allows us time to book the time that was reserved for you. Not cancelling an appointment may result in a 50% cost of treatment charge to your account.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Guests are asked to wear a mask when entering Sequoia. If guests do not have masks one can be purchased at reception for $1.

We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Upon arrival guests will be asked to sanitize or wash their hands prior to their appointment.
Guests will be expected to respect the sanitization and hygiene standards and processes within the premises.
Friends and family without a scheduled service at the same time are not permitted to accompany guests on their visit, children are aloud.
Our Commitment to Our Staff and Guests
Public and workplace safety is our top priority.
Our safety and sanitization procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.
All staff will be trained on sanitation and best hygiene practices.
Staff who feel ill or have a fever will be asked to stay at home and self-isolate.
Full sanitation of all treatment spaces and linens between each service.
Guests and staff will refrain from hugging and shaking hands.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Employees will be supplied face masks and protective eyewear.
Guests will be asked to bring their own face mask and wear it for the duration of their visit. Disposable masks are available for the purchase of $1, while supplies last.
Gloves will be provided for employees, if required, although hand washing and hand sanitizing are proven to be sufficient and most effective.
